Delivery on the territory of the Republic of Serbia

 

All products ordered through our web store that we have in stock, on the territory of Serbia, are shipped within 2 to 7 business days of receipt of the order by PostExpress courier service, and you pay for your pickup, unless paid online, with canvas card, or bank transfer.

 

In cooperation with the courier services, we have provided free delivery on the territory of Serbia for all amounts above 20,000 dinars(RSD). If the amount is smaller the delivery is charged according to the scale:

 

 

to 2.000 -250RSD

 

from  2,000-5,000 -300RSD

 

from  5,000-10,000 -400RSD

 

from 10,000-15,000 -500RSD

 

from  15,000-20,000 -550RSD

 

 

 

The courier will contact you before delivery. In the event that the courier does not find you at the address provided, they will leave you a notice that you can pick up your shipment. All parcels delivered to the courier service by 4pm will be delivered to you on the next business day between 8am and 2pm from Monday to Friday. The shipments we deliver on Friday will be delivered to you on Saturday or Monday. On weekends, couriers do not pick up shipments, so orders received over the weekend are shipped on Monday. We are unable to specify the exact delivery time, so please carefully select and enter your delivery address (for example, you can provide an address at work as a delivery address). Visit the courier's website for more details on delivery.

 

Delivery abroad:

 

If your place of residence is at an address outside the territory of Serbia, we deliver the items from our offer via the Serbian Post, the delivery time is up to 25 working days. Currently, there is a possibility to ship abroad only in certain countries or territories of the countries of Europe, USA, Australia and Canada. Payment for ordered goods is possible only with online payment cards, in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia. For informative presentation of prices in other currencies, use the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount your card will be charged for will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the rate used by card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Shipping costs to the above countries for all orders in excess of the Euro in dinar value at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia in force at the time of payment shall not be paid, while for orders less than 20,000 dinars delivery shall be charged at the current price list :

Picking up at retail store

 

If you have selected the option to pick up the goods at the selected retailer, you will be notified by email or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Namely, it is possible that there is no required goods at that selected retail outlet, so it takes some time to arrange the transfer.
