Pursuant to the provision of Art. and Art. Of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS 62/2014)

 

N O T I C E

 

- that the sale of goods through the Internet site www.vizantina.rs is performed within the registered activity of the company VIZANTINA D.O.O., Belgrade, registration number: 20342102, PIB: 105246369.

 

- that the goods sold through the website www.vizantina.rs possess the properties necessary for regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its purpose defined in the Declaration;

 

- that the conformity of goods with the contract is ONLY determined according to the characteristics and purpose of the goods as defined in the relevant Declaration;

 

- that the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item;

 

- that the goods delivery service is free of charge for all amounts above 20,000 dinars in the territory of Serbia, or 180 euros in RSD value at the rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment in the territories of Europe, USA, China and Canada.

 

- that the possibility of buying goods with special price benefits and ∕ or with special sales incentives (special offers) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the Internet site www.vizantina.rs.

 

- that the consumer can pay for the goods he purchases through the website www.vizantina.rs by cash on delivery, by bank transfer, as well as by payment cards at the time of purchase on the website.

 

- when creating the purchase order, by pressing the CONFIRM button, the consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods;

 

- in the event of receipt of goods by the consumer to determine that the size is not appropriate, the consumer has the right to exchange the item for another size in the manner defined for goods purchased through the online store, which can be found here.

 

- in case of receipt of the goods the consumer finds that the item wants to exchange for another item, which may be larger, smaller or the same price category than previously ordered, the consumer can replace the item in the way defined for goods purchased through the online store here.

 

- in case of receipt of the goods, the consumer does not want to keep them, has the right to terminate the contract and refund the amount of the purchase price paid for the goods in question, in the manner defined for goods purchased through the ONLINE store, which can be found here

 

In case of returning goods and refunds to the buyer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the seller is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the seller's request, will refund the card to the customer's account.

 

- that for goods ordered through the ONLINE store, the consumer has the right to submit a complaint with the invoice / delivery note on an already used product, in the manner defined for goods purchased through the ONLINE store, which can be found here.
