Return of goods and assets
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you. Withdrawal of the contract relieves you of all obligations except the obligation to pay the costs associated with the shipment of goods returned due to the termination of the contract. Your contract waiver statement has legal effect from the date you sent it to us.

2. Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will forward to you the Return Documents to your e-mail, which is a confirmation of receipt of your contract waiver statement.
3. The submitted documents should be printed, completed, obligatory signed (signed and stamped for legal entities) and together with the goods, sent to the address which the Operator from the ONLINE shop will send to your e-mail.
4. The package containing the return goods must be tightly packed and glued with adhesive tape.
5. Returned products due to contract cancellation must be unused, undamaged and packed in their original packaging. As a buyer, you do not bear the costs arising from the cancellation of the contract, except for the cost of postage that arises by sending the goods to our address. For our part, we undertake to refund the funds paid for the returned goods immediately upon receipt of the goods returned on the basis of the cancellation of the contract. In order to make a refund, it is necessary that the goods for which a refund is made, as well as the completed and signed Refund Documents, be delivered to the address sent to you by the operator from the ONLINE shop. Upon receipt, funds will be credited to the account you provided on the form within 10 business days. You guarantee the correctness of the information entered in the Return Documents with your signature, ie a stamp.
In case of returning goods and refunds to the buyer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the seller is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the request of the seller, will make a refund to the cardholder's account.

Complaints
When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is any visible damage (torn parts and clogging) you should not download the package. In this case, please call us by phone or send us an e-mail with your details (name, phone number) at the address and state the reason why you refused to download the package. We will notify you of further action as soon as possible.
If you have received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the information on the invoice is not appropriate, please call us at the latest within 24h after receiving the shipment, or send an e-mail with your information (first name, last name, phone number) to the address and describe what kind of problem you have. We will notify you of further action as soon as possible.
If the purchased product shows inconsistencies within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, please proceed in the manner defined by the Consumer Complaints Regulations for goods purchased through the online store, which together with the claim form should be sent to
